This is just heartbreaking. The guy currently at the bottom of the leaderboard in this Peloton 40-minute Rock ‘n Roll Ride is dressed as The Flash.
Yep. The Flash, the speedster from DC Comics. According to witnesses, the hopeless Peloton subscriber looked smug as hell as he sauntered onto a Peloton while wearing red spandex, without saying a word to anyone else in the gym.
Needless to say, the suit didn’t work. In fact, he did even worse than usual. Poor guy.
When we asked why he thought the Flash suit would make him faster, he just pathetically lamented, “What else am I supposed to do? Diet and exercise?”
As the weeks went by, onlookers saw him get onto the bike wearing other costumes: Kid Flash, Reverse Flash, Quicksilver, Superman. None of those worked either.
Last time we saw him, he was sitting on the curb crying as he ordered a Dash from The Incredibles costume on Amazon.
